WARRANTY

Method of Warranty.

There is a warranty period of six (06) months for every good and equipment sold by us through the internet. The warranty will be subject to certain conditions which are shown as follows:

1. Breakages, Fault, and fractures.
2. Any change in shape and appearance
3. Any damage in warranty seal
4. Unavailability of the bill which includes Serial number and the model number
5. Substitution or Comparisons to similar products

Our organization, Hogwa.LK will not hold any responsibility for any of the above-mentioned reasons.To claim warranties, please log into our website and find the contact number and E-mail address, and then submit a copy of the receipt or dispatch note along with your inquiry via E-mail.You should thereafter hand over the particular goods/equipment to our head office or to our nearest agent that we nominate for your submission.Thereafter, you will be informed about the availability of the warranty after the completion of the inspection, within a period of two weeks.Following this, within  07 (seven) days, the particular goods and equipment will be delivered back to you.(We will bear the cost of delivery of the goods delivered to you)This will be subject to the following conditions

1. One to one replacement warranty certificate
2. Repair – warranty Certificate

වගකීමේ ක්‍රියාවලිය.

අප විසින් අන්තර්ජාලයෙන් විකුණනු ලබන සෑම භාණ්ඩයක් හා උපකරණ සදහා මාස 06 ක වගකීම් කාලයක් හිමිවේ. එම වගකීම යම්කිසි කොන්දේසි වලට යටත්ව, අප විසින් සිදුකරනු ලබයි. එම කොන්දේසි පහතින් දක්වා ඇත.

1. කැඩීම්, බිදීම් හා ඉරිතැලීම් සිදු වී ඇත්නම්,
2. රූපමය හා හැඩයේ වෙනස්කම් කර ඇත්නම්,
3. වගකීමේ මුද්‍රාව පළුදු වී ඇත්නම්,
4. කාණ්ඩ අංකය හා වර්ගය සදහන් රිසිට් පත (රැගෙන යාමේ අණ) පත්‍රිකාව නොමැතිනම්,
5. එම භාණ්ඩයට සමාන වෙනත් භාණ්ඩ සදහා ආදේශ කර හෝ සස¹ බැලීමේ කරුණු මත,

ඉහත සදහන් කුමණ හෝ කරුණක් නිසා එම භාණ්ඩයේ හෝ උපකරණයේ වගකීම අප ආයතනය වන,  Hogwa.LK ආයතනය විසින් දරනු නොලැබේ.වගකීම ලබා ගැනීම සදහා ඔබ වෙබ් අඩවියේ ඇති ඇමතුම් අංකය හෝ අපගේ ඊමේල් ලිපිනයට එම භාණ්ඩයේ රිසිට්පත හෝ (රැගෙන යාමේ අණ) පත්‍රිකාව ඡායාරූපයක් ගෙන එවීම කල යුතුය. ඉන්පසු එම භාණ්ඩය හෝ උපකරණය අපගේ ප්‍රධාන කාර්යාලයට හෝ අප විසින් ඔබ හට ලබා දෙන ආසන්නයේම  ඇති, නියෝජිත ස්ථානයට භාරදීම කල යුතු වේ.ඉන්පසු අප විසින් සති 2 ක් තුල, එහි ඇති කරුණු විමසා බලා, වගකීම වලංගු නම් ඔබ හට එය අප විසින් දැනුම් දෙනු ලැබේ. ඉන්පසු දින 7 ක් ඇතුලත, එම භාණ්ඩය හෝ උපකරණය නැවත ඔබ වෙත එවීම කරනු ලැබේ. (නැවත ඔබ වෙත භාණ්ඩය හෝ උපකරණය එවීමේ පිරිවැය අප විසින් දරනු ලබයි.)එය පහත සදහන් කොන්දේසි වලට යටත්ව සිදු කරනු ලැබේ.

1. එකකට එකක් දීමේ වගකීමේ සහතිකය
2. අළුත්වැඩියා කර දීමේ වගකීමේ සහතිකය

වගකීම පිළිබද කරුණු අපගේ වෙබ් අඩවියේ විකුණුම් දත්ත  පිටුවේ පහල කොටසේ සහ ඔබගේ මිලදී ගැනීමේ රිසිට් පතෙහි පහල කොටසේ සදහන් කර ඇත.
